Role

We're looking for a hands on software engineer to own and scale our internal technology platform from data infrastructure to AI agents as we transform venture capital through data. We've already built the foundation: a proprietary system we use to source and evaluate startups. Now we need someone to take it to the next level.

You’ll be based at our office in Heilbronn, working full‑time in a hybrid setup as part of our engineering task force. You’ll own the agentic systems that shape how we find and back Europe's best founders.
