Job summary

Teledyne ChartWorld and SevenCs is seeking a DevOps/Cloud Engineer to strengthen our cloud infrastructure in Hamburg. You will help support the software development cycle, build and deployment processes, and maintain production systems.

Emphasis on Linux, CI/CD, AWS, and containerized environments. The role involves collaborating with developers, IT admins, testers, and product managers in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Strong Linux server management
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of containerization with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with AWS services and architectures
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (ELK, Nagios)
• Good written and spoken English

Job Description

Your tasks

• Support software development cycle with tools and processes related to Build, Integration and Deployment.


• Develop cloud applications infrastructure.


• Maintain, support and monitor production systems.


• Describe and document infrastructure.

What we need from you

• Good knowledge of Linux systems: install, configure and manage servers in networks, set up backups, implement best security practices.


• In-depth knowledge of Android (e.g. CI/CD pipeline, build infrastructure) is very beneficial.


• Good knowledge of AWS services: Networks, EC2, Load Balancers, API Gateway, IAM, Amazon EKS etc.


• Good knowledge of Kubernetes and containerization: writing Docker files, developing Kubernetes Yaml charts, managing Helm etc.


• Experience with tools like Jenkins, ELK stack, KeyCloak, Kafka, Nagios, AWS Aurora and Document DB will be a great benefit.


• Ability to work in team with developers, IT administrators, testers and product managers.


• Good English communication skills.


• Good organizational and documentation skills.
