Job summary

SBG Associates Ltd is seeking a Software Engineer to join a growing team. You will develop a web interface for satellite modems and build back-end functionality in Java within a Cisco NSO framework.

Strong Linux experience and a degree in CS or related field are expected, along with good English and German language skills. The role offers flexitime and a collaborative environment with modern tooling.

Qualifications

• A degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering or a related subject, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in object-oriented development using Java.
• Confidence using Linux as both a development and target platform.
• Willingness to learn Cisco NSO.
• Very good English and good German language skills.
• Knowledge of XML, XSLT, Python or network management protocols such as NETCONF and SNMP would be a bonus.
