Wandelbots GmbH sucht einen IT Application Support Specialist (m/w/d) im IT-Team. Sie administrieren Dynamics 365 ERP zusammen mit CRM/PLM in einem internationalen Umfeld und betreiben die Dateninfrastruktur für Reporting und BI.

Sie entwickeln Schnittstellen, verwalten Azure und PowerPlatform, lösen technische Probleme und stehen als Ansprechpartner für Support und Systemfragen bereit. Zusammenarbeit mit Fachabteilungen und externen Partnern gehört ebenso dazu.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Berufserfahrung.
• Tiefgehende Kenntnisse in ERP-Anwendungsverwaltung, ideal Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM.
• Erfahrung im Aufbau, Unterhalt und Weiterentwicklung von Schnittstellen und Datenbanken für Reporting/BI.
• Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
• Sehr gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift.

• Administration and support of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system in conjunction with our CRM and PLM systems in an international environment
• Administration and support of our database infrastructure for reporting & BI
• Development and operation of data interfaces
• Administration of the Microsoft Azure and PowerPlatform environments
• Responsibility for technical issues and the implementation of IT requirements and changes
• Contact person for support and system questions
• Optimization of applications in further development projects in cooperation with our specialist departments and external partners

Your profile

As an IT Application Support Specialist (m/f/d), you have the following skills and experience:

• Degree in computer science or IT or comparable training with professional experience
• In-depth knowledge of ERP application administration, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management
• Experience in setting up, maintaining, and further developing interfaces and databases for reporting and BI
• Very good communication skills
• Very good written and spoken English
• A structured, quality-conscious, and solution-oriented approach to work
• Enjoyment of teamwork, exchange, and continuous development
