HealthStream is seeking a software engineer to design, develop, and maintain HealthStream software alongside experienced engineers. You will refine requirements with team leaders, estimate efforts for new features, and ensure quality by following coding standards.

The role involves troubleshooting, basic CI/CD practices, and leveraging AI tooling to improve productivity. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• One year of software development experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of CI/CD and code deployment patterns.
• Basic experience with SQL and relational databases (MS SQL Server or PostgreSQL).
• Some experience with writing unit tests.
• Experience leveraging AI tooling to enhance productivity and quality.
• Preferred: C# and .NET development, EF Core, AWS and cloud concepts.
• IaC tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Clear written and verbal communication; strong problem-solving.
