W-Music Distribution seeks a Social Media Manager to act as a digital brand ambassador and manage our social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.

You will develop a comprehensive strategy, create engaging content, nurture our community, handle crisis situations, and produce reports for management in an internationally operating company.

Qualifications

• Marketing degree or vocational training completed.
• Passion for the product and emotional engagement (musician preferred).
• Familiar with common social media tools and platforms.
• Strong writing and communication skills.

As a Social Media Manager (mIfId), you act as a digital brand ambassador and manage and develop our company's social media presence. You take care of the entire online presence on a wide variety of platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

Responsibilities

• creation of a comprehensive social media strategy, tailored to the company's goals
• development and production of appealing content (text, images, videos) for all channels
• building and maintaining an active community through interactions with users, including crisis management in the event of negative comments
• regular evaluation of social media activities and creation of reports for the management
• planning and implementation of social media campaigns (e.g. increasing brand awareness)

Qualifications

• successfully completed vocational training or university degree in marketing
• high affinity with the product and emotional commitment (best would be you are a musician)
• knowledge of common social media tools and platforms
• strong communication skills, especially in writing
• ability to develop innovative and appealing content
• creativity is essential
• knowledge of content management systems and AI as well as analysis software is an advantage
