Zusammenfassung

RL People is seeking a Site Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support at a customer site, troubleshooting automated and electro-mechanical systems, and carrying out maintenance. You will diagnose issues across hardware, sensors, controllers and industrial equipment, lead initial fault triage, and collaborate with Engineering and Support teams to improve reliability.

• 1–5 years' experience in technical support, engineering, automation or a related environment
• Experience supporting and testing Android and/or iOS devices
• Experience with electro-mechanical systems, industrial controls or automated equipment
• Understanding of analogue, discrete and networked I/O
• Familiarity with Linux, Unix, Bash and/or Shell
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced operational environment
