reesmarx is seeking a Robotics Service Engineer to support troubleshooting, diagnostics, repair, and technical support for robotic and automation systems across the DACH region. This hands-on role blends remote assistance with on-site customer visits.

You will work with PLCs, servo systems, motion control, and industrial networks, documenting findings and collaborating with engineering to resolve complex issues. English is required; some Korean communication helps with HQ in South Korea.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience within robotics, industrial automation, or service engineering.
• Hands-on troubleshooting experience with automation or robotic systems.
• Knowledge of PLCs, servo systems, industrial networking, or motion control.
• Strong customer-facing communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical issues.
• English communication skills for technical discussions and documentation.
• Experience within robotics manufacturers or automation environments would be advantageous.
• Basic Korean reading and writing skills to support HQ communication.
