Jobbeschreibung

Who We Are:

We build the intelligence that lets robots sense, reason, and act in the real world—moving beyond the lab and into everyday industrial settings like warehouses and factories. Our technology closes the automation gaps that traditional systems can’t solve. We are on a mission to redefine how physical work gets done, and we’re looking for curious, bold thinkers to help shape the future of robotics with us.

Overview:

We are looking for a hands‑on electrician or automation technician to support the build, installation, and optimization of our robotic systems. You will be responsible for wiring, testing, and commissioning electrical components both in our lab and on‑site. You will collaborate closely with mechanical and software teams to ensure seamless system integration, resolve technical issues, and implement improvements across new and existing systems.

Your Responsibilities:
Installation & Integration
  • Build and wire electrical systems for robotic applications, including cabinets and field wiring.
  • Support system commissioning in the robotics lab and at customer locations.
  • Work closely with mechanical and software engineers to ensure correct system integration.
  • Implement technical improvements and modifications based on project feedback.
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical faults during development and deployment.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience
  • Completed technical training (e.g. State-certified Technician in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Automation) or a comparable vocational qualification (e.g. Electrician, Control Cabinet Builder, Electrical Master)
  • Certified to perform electrical work (Elektrofachkraft – EFK)
  • Relevant professional experience in automation or robotics preferred
  • Willingness to travel: 25-50%
Skills
  • Experience with electrical installations, control systems, sensors, and actuators
  • Hands‑on mentality and technical craftsmanship
  • Basic knowledge of EPLAN/Splan is a plus
  • Valid Class B driver’s license (EU)
Our interview plan:
  • Application
  • Take‑home assignment: You’ll work on a short, role‑relevant task with clear instructions and a deadline.
  • Cultural fit interview (40 min): A conversation about how you work, what motivates you, and what you’re looking for. Expect CV highlights, your "why," and time for your questions.
  • Technical fit interview (45 min): A deeper dive into your skills and problem‑solving approach for this role.
  • On‑site visit: Meet the team in our office and collaborate on a real challenge similar to the work you’d do here. You’ll also meet a founder; we aim to give you a clear feel for the role and environment.
What We Offer:
  • Wellpass (gym membership)
  • Flexible working hours
  • Option to work from home when needed
