• Experience in a Technical Lead, Engineering Lead, or similar leadership role.
• Strong background in robotics, automation, industrial engineering, or mechatronic systems.
• Experience managing hardware and firmware deployments.
• Excellent troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
