Siemens Energy is seeking a Site Supervisor Electrical / Building Services (f/m/d) to drive on-site execution of complex building service installations worldwide. You will coordinate contractors, supervise electrical and mechanical systems, and ensure safety, schedules, and Siemens quality standards on international projects.

In collaboration with engineering, customers, and commissioning teams, you will monitor progress, manage interfaces, support inspections and testing, and resolve on-site

Qualifikationen

• Completed technical apprenticeship in mechatronics, electrical engineering, or related field.
• Experience in installation and commissioning of building systems (electrical, HVAC, or similar).
• Proven track record in site supervision or project execution environments.

Join our international project teams as a Site Supervisor Electrical / Building Services (f/m/d) and drive the on-site execution of complex building service installations worldwide.

You will coordinate and supervise contractors installing electrical and mechanical systems such as HVAC, ventilation, and technical building equipment-ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and in line with Siemens quality standards.

In close collaboration with engineering, customers, and commissioning teams, you will monitor installation progress, manage interfaces across disciplines, support inspections and testing, and resolve on-site challenges efficiently.

This role is suited for experienced professionals in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or building services who bring a hands‑on mindset and thrive in dynamic, international project environments.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Manage and coordinate erection contractors to ensure project objectives are met effectively


• Lead technical supervision of mechanical installations, ensuring full alignment with project requirements


• Oversee project controlling activities, including schedules, progress tracking, and final measurements, using our construction management system


• Facilitate interface management between contractors, engineering teams, customers, and third parties to ensure smooth project communication


• Review contractor method statements for compliance with site regulations and work permit procedures


• Identify risks early and act proactively, supporting efficient problem-solving and continuous project progress

What You Bring

• Completed technical apprenticeship in mechatronics, electrical engineering, or a related field with experience in electrical and/or mechanical building services


• Relevant experience in installation and commissioning of building systems (electrical, HVAC, or similar)


• Proven track record in site supervision or project execution environments


• Strong communication skills in English; German language skills are desirable but not required


• Solid knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards in international project settings


• Willingness to work on international project assignments in dynamic site environments; valid driver’s license required
