Zusammenfassung

Siemens Energy is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to coordinate international projects for steam turbine plants, ensuring schedules, costs, quality and safety are met. You will manage technical and commercial execution, specify systems, prepare tenders, and engage with customers and partners worldwide.

The role requires extensive PM experience in power generation, strong communication skills, and proficiency in SAP and MS Office.

Qualifikationen

• University or university of applied sciences degree in Energy Engineering, Automation Engineering, Power Plant Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Extensive professional experience in project management, engineering, or commissioning within the power generation industry.
• Strong knowledge of project management and experience in the technical and commercial management of complex projects.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills when working with customers, suppliers, and international project partners.
• Business-fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP, with a structured, solution-oriented and responsible approach to work.

• Plan and coordinate project execution while managing internal, external, and international project partners, including interface management
• Conduct technical clarification with customers and subcontractors, perform feasibility studies, interpret contractual requirements, and manage change orders
• Oversee schedule, cost, and budget controlling, prepare status reports, and analyze and document cost variances
• Support projects during installation and commissioning, manage outstanding issues, and prepare reports for management
