Siemens Energy invites applications for an Electrical Project Manager to coordinate international projects, align with customers and partners, and solve technical challenges across steam turbine plants.

You will hold a degree in Energy/Automation/Power Plant Engineering and bring extensive PM experience in power generation, with strong English skills and proficiency in SAP and MS Office.

Qualifikationen

• University or university of applied sciences degree in Energy Engineering, Automation Engineering, Power Plant Engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Extensive professional experience in project management, engineering, or commissioning within the power generation industry
• Strong knowledge of project management and experience in the technical and commercial management of complex projects
• Excellent communication and coordination skills when working with customers, suppliers, and international project partners
• Business-fluent English skills, both written and spoken
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP, with a structured, solution-oriented, and responsible approach to work

• Specify systems, prepare tenders and procurement requirements, and ensure the timely placement of all necessary orders
• Plan and coordinate project execution while managing internal, external, and international project partners, including interface management
• Conduct technical clarification with customers and subcontractors, perform feasibility studies, interpret contractual requirements, and manage change orders
• Oversee schedule, cost, and budget controlling, prepare status reports, and analyze and document cost variances
• Support projects during installation and commissioning, manage outstanding issues, and prepare reports for management
