g2 Recruitment is seeking a Site Supervisor for a live BESS and grid-connection project in Bavaria. You will take day-to-day responsibility for site delivery through construction and commissioning, keeping the programme on track and the work done safely and to spec.

Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day site activities across construction, testing and commissioning phases; coordinating subcontractors and site personnel; tracking progress and flagging delays early; ensuring work meets

Qualifikationen

• Proven site supervision experience on renewable energy, grid connection, substation or BESS projects.
• Comfortable working around live HV/MV electrical infrastructure.
• Solid grasp of German/EU construction site safety requirements.
• Fluent German, working English (or the reverse).
• Full, valid driving licence.
• Able to be based on-site in Bavaria for the project's duration.

What we're looking for

• Comfortable working around live HV/MV electrical infrastructure

On-site, full-time. Rate and duration discussed based on experience.
