Zusammenfassung

g2 Recruitment seeks an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a large-capacity Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project in Germany. You will manage on-site activity, coordinate EPC subcontractors, and ensure milestones, safety, and quality standards are met throughout the build and commissioning phases.

The role requires strong construction supervision skills, energy project experience, and the ability to liaise with clients and stakeholders in a high-demand environment.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on utility-scale energy, renewable energy, or infrastructure projects.
• Experience working on Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), solar, wind, substation, or grid connection projects.
• SMSTS, NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent HSE certifications.
• Valid right to work within the EU.
• Knowledge of HV/MV electrical infrastructure and commissioning activities.

We are supporting a leading renewable energy developer in the search for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a utility-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the construction, coordination, and successful execution of a landmark energy storage project.

Location: Germany

Duration: 12 months (with potential extension)

Start Date: ASAP

Language: English (German advantageous)
