Job summary

CCS Cleaning in Dresden is seeking an experienced Site Manager to coordinate cleaning operations at client sites. You will lead on-site teams, liaise with the client, and ensure delivery meets safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and German skills at least at B1 level.
• Experience in operations, facility, or building management, ideally in a leadership position within the cleaning industry.
• Strong team coordination skills.

• Experience working with KPIs and continuous improvement processes.
• Understanding of safety standards and legal requirements.
• A solution-oriented mindset and the ability to respond flexibly to challenges on site.

• Team Coordination: Motivate supervisors and cleaning teams to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
• Client Management: Act as the main point of contact for the client and ensure effective communication.
• Onboarding & Training: Ensure that all team members have access to appropriate training and development programmes.
• Performance Monitoring: Support supervisors with workforce and shift planning; monitor on-site activities.
• Budget Coordination: Monitor the budget for cleaning services and ensure that expenditure remains within the planned budget.
• Safety & Compliance: Support compliance with all on-site safety requirements and address potential risks.

Since 1966, we have been a leading company in the cleaning industry, and we are currently looking for reliable cleaning staff to join our team. Previous cleaning experience is an advantage, but we also welcome motivated candidates who are new to the industry and eager to learn.

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to coordinate and oversee cleaning operations at one of our client sites. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the cleaning teams and supervisors, coordinating operational processes and ensuring that all cleaning services meet our high quality and safety standards. You will also act as an important link between our client and our operational team, ensuring smooth communication and making sure that the client's requirements are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

Team Coordination
