CCS Cleaning in Dresden is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee cleaning operations at a client site, coordinating daily activities of teams and supervisors while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

You will serve as the liaison between the client and our operations team, ensuring smooth communication and alignment with client requirements, while driving onboarding, KPI monitoring and budget control.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent English and German at least B1 level.
• Experience in operations, facility, or building management with leadership is preferred.
• Strong team coordination and communication skills are essential.

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to coordinate and oversee cleaning operations at one of our client sites. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the cleaning teams and supervisors, coordinating operational processes and ensuring that all cleaning services meet our high quality and safety standards. You will also act as an important link between our client and our operational team, ensuring smooth communication and making sure that the client's requirements are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

Team Coordination

• Motivate supervisors and cleaning teams to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
• Delegate tasks effectively and foster a positive and productive working environment.

Client Management

• Act as the main point of contact for the client and ensure effective communication.
• Hold regular meetings and provide updates to ensure all client requirements are met.

Onboarding & Training

• Ensure that all team members have access to appropriate training and development programmes in line with operational requirements.

Performance Monitoring

• Support supervisors with workforce and shift planning.
• Monitor on-site activities and support the achievement of performance targets and KPIs.

Budget Coordination

• Monitor the budget for cleaning services and ensure that expenditure remains within the planned budget.

Safety & Compliance

• Support compliance with all on-site safety requirements.
• Report and address potential risks or incidents that could affect the wellbeing of the team.

Qualifications & Skills

• Fluent English and German skills at least at B1 level.
• Experience in operations, facility, or building management, ideally in a leadership position within the cleaning industry.
• Strong team coordination skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented approach.
• Experience working with KPIs and continuous improvement processes.
• Understanding of safety standards and legal requirements.
• A solution-oriented mindset and the ability to respond flexibly to challenges on site.
