Job summary

CCS Cleaning seeks an experienced Site Manager in Berlin to coordinate daily cleaning operations across client sites. The role oversees cleaning teams and supervisors, ensuring service quality and client requirements are met.

You will act as the link between the client and our operations team, driving communication, onboarding, and performance monitoring while maintaining safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and German at least B1 level.
• Experience in operations, facility, or building management, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong team coordination and communication skills.
• Experience working with KPIs and continuous improvement processes.
• Understanding of safety standards and legal requirements.
• Solution-oriented mindset with on-site adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Team Coordination: Motivate supervisors and cleaning teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Client Management: Act as main point of contact for the client and ensure effective communication.
• Onboarding & Training: Ensure all team members have access to training and development programmes.
• Performance Monitoring: Support supervisors with workforce and shift planning; monitor site activities and KPIs.
• Budget Coordination: Monitor the budget for cleaning services and keep expenditures within plan.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure on-site safety compliance and address potential risks.

Since 1966, we have been a leading company in the cleaning industry, and we are currently looking for reliable cleaning staff to join our team. Previous cleaning experience is an advantage, but we also welcome motivated candidates who are new to the industry and eager to learn.

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to coordinate and oversee cleaning operations at one of our client sites. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the cleaning teams and supervisors, coordinating operational processes and ensuring that all cleaning services meet our high quality and safety standards. You will also act as an important link between our client and our operational team, ensuring smooth communication and making sure that the client's requirements are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

Team Coordination

• Motivate supervisors and cleaning teams to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
• Delegate tasks effectively and foster a positive and productive working environment.

Client Management

• Act as the main point of contact for the client and ensure effective communication.
• Hold regular meetings and provide updates to ensure all client requirements are met.

Onboarding & Training

• Ensure that all team members have access to appropriate training and development programmes in line with operational requirements.

Performance Monitoring

• Support supervisors with workforce and shift planning.
• Monitor on-site activities and support the achievement of performance targets and KPIs.

Budget Coordination

• Monitor the budget for cleaning services and ensure that expenditure remains within the planned budget.

Safety & Compliance

• Support compliance with all on-site safety requirements.
• Report and address potential risks or incidents that could affect the wellbeing of the team.

Qualifications & Skills

• Fluent English and German skills at least at B1 level.
• Experience in operations, facility, or building management, ideally in a leadership position within the cleaning industry.
• Strong team coordination skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented approach.
• Experience working with KPIs and continuous improvement processes.
• Understanding of safety standards and legal requirements.
• A solution-oriented mindset and the ability to respond flexibly to challenges on site.
