Job summary

Kerpsche Service GmbH in Leipzig sucht eine/n Field Service Representative, Site Manager, Vollzeit, zur Leitung von Objekten im Bereich Gebäudereinigung. Sie koordinieren Personal, steuern Materialbeschaffung und führen Qualitätskontrollen durch, arbeiten eigenständig und im Team.

Sie übernehmen Verantwortung für Personalführung, Berechnungen der Gehaltsabrechnung und fungieren als Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeitende und Kunden in der Unterhaltsreinigung.

• Sie arbeiten selbstständig und sind psychisch belastbar.
• Sie verfügen über unternehmerisches Denken und Organisationstalent.
• Sie sind zuverlässig, engagiert, verantwortungsbewusst, durchsetzungsfähig, pünktlich und teamfähig.
• Sie arbeiten flexibel und auch frühmorgens oder spätabends.
• Sie besitzen Empathie und sicheres Auftreten im Umgang mit Kunden, Mitarbeitern und fremden Kulturen.
• Idealerweise haben Sie bereits Erfahrung als Objektleiter bzw. in vergleichbaren Aufgaben.
• Führerschein Klasse B ist erforderlich.
• Sie sprechen Deutsch fließend in Wort und Schrift.

Responsibilities

• Personaleinsatzplanung (Steuerung und-Disposition) von Objekten obliegt Ihnen.
• Material- und Reinigungsmittel beschaffen und bereitzustellen.
• Qualitätskontrollen an den Objekten.
• Personalführung und Leistungsaufzeichnung Ihrer Mitarbeiter sowie Vorbereitung der Gehaltsabrechnung.
• Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeiter und Kunden im Bereich Unterhaltungsreinigung.
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung hygienischer und qualitativer vertraglich vereinbarter Vorgaben.
• Schulung und Anleitung der Mitarbeiter.

We urgently need support for our team in the area of site management in the Leipzig region. As a site manager (m/f/d), you are the link between cleaning staff, the customer, and headquarters. You organize employees and respond flexibly to customer requirements and wishes. In return, you work independently, results-oriented, and always as part of our team!

Your Tasks Include

• Personnel deployment planning (control and disposition) of individual properties is your responsibility
• Ordering and providing materials and cleaning agents
• Quality controls at properties
• Personnel management and performance recording of your employees as well as preparation of payroll
• You are the contact person for employees and customers in the area of maintenance cleaning
• You ensure compliance and monitoring of hygienic and qualitative, contractually agreed specifications
• You are responsible for training and educating employees
