• Ensuring compliance with project company goals and guidelines, particularly HSE and quality minimum requirements
• Ensuring the correct and timely completion of photovoltaic projects
• Monitoring of the achievement of project and company goals as well as compliance with the relevant guidelines, in particular the HSE and Quality minimum requirements
• Interface function between construction site as well as internal departments, for example Engineering, Supply Chain & Procurement and Project Management
• Execution and documentation of quality checks
• Checking the construction progress for compliance with the agreed milestones of the construction project
• Identification of possible defects and improvement potentials and coordination of solution finding and implementation of solution approaches
• Responsibility for the implementation of engineering changes on the construction sites
• Support as well as close cooperation during the complete project duration with the associated project manager (m/f/d)
• Responsibility for your site management team and organization of the team e.g. accommodation, task distribution
• Coordination of the delivery of the individual components to the construction site with supply chain department

Your profile

• Completed training in the electrical sector, skilled trades, construction industry or completed studies in electrical engineering or civil engineering
• Must have: experience in the management of construction projects
• Nice to have: knowledge in work safety and good technical understanding
• Experience in dealing with subcontractors
• Good MS Office knowledge
• Good English skills
• Your skills: very communicative team player (m/f/d) with assertiveness as well as intercultural competence and organizational talent
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (up to 70%)
• Driving license class B
