Job summary

Qnity is seeking a Site DT Lead to oversee IT operations for Germany and other European countries. You will lead infrastructure management, project delivery, and day‑to‑day IT services to ensure robust and compliant systems that support business needs.

The role requires strong leadership, communications, and hands‑on technical expertise in enterprise IT. You will coordinate with the corporate IT team, manage budgets, and mentor local IT staff while upholding regulatory requirements and data

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of computer systems, networks, servers, and telecommunications.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows environments, Active Directory, Office 365, and common enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead site IT projects from planning through execution ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.

• Ensure compliance with relevant IT policies and standards.
• Monitor and report on IT performance metrics.
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.

• Manage vendor relationships for hardware and software procurement.

The Site DT Lead (m/f/d) will oversee the IT operations in Germany, and other European countires. This position requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a proactive approach to maintaining and improving IT infrastructure and services. You will be responsible for ensuring that IT systems run efficiently and meet the needs of the business.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft certifications) are a plus.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and best practices.
• Experience with cloud computing and virtualization technologies.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to IT and data security.
• Fluency in German and English.
