Job summary

Avodaq AG is seeking a Team Leader for IT Infrastructure & Security Services. In this role, you will manage and mentor your team while ensuring smooth operation for clients’ IT environments. Key responsibilities include supporting technology development and maintaining customer satisfaction across various locations such as Hamburg and Munich.

The ideal candidate has completed vocational training and possesses at least 5 years of relevant experience, along with communication skills and fluency in both German and English.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience in infrastructure and/or security.
• Technical expertise at consultant level.
• Fluent German (min. C1) and very good English (min. B2).

Here’s what you can expect from us

• You will act as a manager and mentor for the team(m/f/d).In this roleyouyouwillprovide,and conduct performance reviewsandtake care ofskills anddevelopment of yoursteams.
• Together with your team, you will support oursupport andManagedservicecustomersin the areas of networking, data centres and enterprise securitythrough the professional handling of theirenquiriesto 2 nd &3 rd levellevel.To this end, you workdcloselywith your team,CiscoTAC and other manufacturerstogether.
• You are responsible for process and technology development within the Infrastructure & Security Services division. You also supportaa team in the development and launch of new service products in the Infrastructure & Security sector.
• You define standardsand ensure effective knowledge management.
• You will work closely with the other team leads(m/f/d)in the Services, Infrastructure & Securitytogether.
• As a team, you will support lifecycle projects and ensure customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with SLAs.
• You will actively shape our collaboration with our customers,identify opportunities for improvementand develop creative solutions.

What sets you apart

• You have completed a vocational training programme as an IT specialist(m/f/d)in system integration, or as an IT systems administrator(m/f/d)or a comparable degree.
• Ideallyyou have at least5 years’ professional experience in the field of infrastructureand/or security, technical expertise at consultant leveland, if possible,a CiscoCCNP Enterprise, Datacenter and/or Securitycertification.ITILFoundationKnowledgeHowroundaa profile.
• Commitment and initiative come naturally to you.
• You have a structured, customer- and goal-oriented approach to your work.
• You are willing to take responsibility for your team members beyond your technical area(m/f/d)..
• Good communication skills and a confident manner are a given for you.
• Fluent German (min. C1) and very good English (min. B2).
• You hold a Class B driving licence.

What we need you for

As a Team Lead (m/f/d) for IT Infrastructure & Security Services, you and your team will act as the central point of contact for these technologies at one of our officesin Hamburg, Munich, Berlin, Frankfurt, Leipzig or Stuttgart.

Together with your team, you will ensure the smooth operation of our clients’ IT environments in the areas of networking, data centres and security. In addition to your technical role, your focus will be on mentoring and leading your team, as well as collaborating with the other Team Leads (m/f/d). You will drive process optimisation within the avodaq Service Centre (ASC) for these technologies and support the Infrastructure & Security Manager (m/f/d).
