ROTOP Pharmaka GmbH in Germany is seeking an Export Administrator in the pharmaceutical sector (m/f/d) to join our growing, internationally active team. The role offers a permanent contract, flexible working schedules, and a strong emphasis on work-life balance.

You will handle order processing for shipments, ensure compliance and embargo checks, manage customs clearance inside and outside the EU, track international shipments, and coordinate with our sales and project partners.

Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training as a Wholesale and Foreign Trade Management Specialist / Retail Sales Specialist / Freight Forwarding Specialist / Pharmaceutical Business Specialist (m/f/d) or comparable training
• Experience in international shipping operations
• Knowledge of customs, foreign trade, export controls, or embargo checks is a plus
• Experience with the ERP systems SAGE and Business Central is desirable
• Very good written and spoken English; a second foreign language (Spanish/French) is a plus

Aufgaben

• Order processing for shipments of pharmaceuticals and investigational medicinal products
• Compliance and embargo checks as part of shipping and export processing
• Customs clearance for shipments within and outside the European Union
• Tracking and ensuring the delivery of international shipments and on-time processing
• Supporting and maintaining close communication with our international sales and project partners, as well as jointly participating in international meetings and conferences
• Organizing the transport of investigational drug shipments
• Note: This position does not involve working in a radiation-exposed environment. Radioactive substances are delivered to the customer
