Job summary

JD.com seeks an experienced maintenance planner to organize yearly equipment maintenance programs for production lines and to prepare the related budget. The role focuses on keeping equipment reliable, controlling costs, and ensuring schedules align with production targets.

You will lead maintenance activities, perform routine checks, lubrication, spare parts control, and drive improvements to reduce downtime and boost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Organize and prepare annual equipment maintenance plans and cost budgets.
• Responsible for maintenance management of production line equipment, including daily maintenance, inspection lubrication, and spare parts management.
• Resolve faults in equipment operation and maintenance, drive equipment rectification and optimization to improve production efficiency and reduce operating costs.
• Based on maintenance standards, train and upskill the current equipment maintenance team to ensure effective production of the equipment.
