JD Logistics, part of JD.com, seeks a on-site Maintenance Engineer in Duisburg to maintain and optimize our automated logistics infrastructure. You will handle mechanical, electrical, and control systems, perform preventive maintenance, and support new equipment installations.

You will analyze performance data, implement improvements, and ensure safety and compliance. The role requires adapting to a fast-paced, international environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams in Europe.

Qualifikationen

• Relevant technical degree in electrical/mechanical engineering or automation.
• Experience maintaining logistics automation equipment.
• Knowledge of safety standards and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose faults and implement improvements.

• Perform daily inspections, maintenance, fault diagnosis and repairs of logistics facilities and automation systems.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans to improve reliability and life span.
• Participate in installing and upgrading new equipment and projects with professional support.
• Analyze equipment data to identify risks and implement improvements.
• Ensure safety and environmental compliance across facilities.
• Manage tools and spare parts to keep inventory sufficient and organized.
• Prepare maintenance reports, documentation, and share knowledge with the team.

• 制定并执行设备预防性维护计划，提高设备可靠性和使用寿命。
• 参与新设备安装调试及旧设备改造升级项目，提供专业技术支持。
• 分析设备运行数据，识别潜在风险，提出并实施改进方案，优化维护流程。
• 配合相关部门，确保设施设备符合安全生产标准和环保要求。
• 负责维护工具、备品备件的管理，确保库存充足且合理。
• 编写维护报告、技术文档，并进行知识分享和团队成员培训。
