Zusammenfassung

TEKsystems in Minneapolis seeks a hands-on ServiceNow Developer to join the Core Platform Engineering team on a contract basis. The role starts with admin tasks and L3 production support, then evolves toward development, automation, and platform improvements.

You will work across workflows, catalog items, business rules, Flow Designer, and reporting. The ideal candidate has development experience with ServiceNow, CMDB, and JavaScript, and is comfortable balancing admin duties with engineering

This manager is looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join Core Platform Engineering team.

This role is best suited for a hands-on developer who is comfortable supporting platform operations. The position will begin with a focus on administrative tasks and L3 production support, but is expected to evolve into development and automation engineering work.

This is a developer-first role, not an admin role. The right candidate will already have hands-on development experience and be willing to support administrative work as part of the platform team.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs for platform operations
• Troubleshoot issues across:

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $73.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
