Zusammenfassung

TEKsystems is seeking an IAM professional for a contract role in Dallas, hybrid work model. You will perform provisioning and deprovisioning, manage identity lifecycles, and resolve access issues across Unix/Linux, Windows, databases and mainframe environments.

You will collaborate with partners to improve deployment processes and ensure SLA adherence using ServiceNow and internal tools. The role requires hands-on experience with SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Ping, and Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD,

Job Description

Scope of Work

• Perform provisioning, deprovisioning, and entitlement management across multiple platforms (Unix/Linux, Windows, databases, Mainframe/RACF).
• Resolve Level 2 identity management issues and collaborate with business partners to address access challenges.
• Assist in improving deployment processes, tool usage, and maintaining operational procedures.
• Support large-scale Technology Operations deliverables and contribute to planning and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage identity lifecycle using IAM tools such as SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Ping, and Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD.
• Work with authentication standards (LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID, SCIM).
• Ensure compliance with security frameworks (ISO, NIST, SOX, PCI).
• Utilize ServiceNow and internal tools (ART & AIMS) for ticket management and SLA adherence.
• Maintain high performance measured by volume, SLA compliance, and quality standards.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Dallas, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $61.00 - $61.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.
