Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a ServiceNow consultant to advise clients on OT Service Management and Security Operations. You will design end-to-end ITSM/ITOM processes across IT and industrial OT environments and architect Vulnerability Response solutions with Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7 or Defender.

You will map CMDB/CSDM relationships, prioritize vulnerabilities, and drive enterprise resilience through stakeholder workshops and advisory services.

• Advise clients on design, implementation and continuous improvement of ServiceNow OT Service Management and Security Operations.
• Develop solutions to integrate IT and OT processes and onboard OT systems and security tools into ServiceNow.

• Provide advisory services on OT security and operational resilience.
• Design and facilitate workshops with production, operations, security, SOC, CISO and IT teams.
• Translate diverse stakeholder requirements into practical, sustainable ServiceNow solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of ServiceNow consulting or project experience
• Ideally, experience in OT Service Management, Security Operations or comparable enterprise environments
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing projects
• Understanding of OT systems, production environments and their specific requirements
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM; practical OTSM experience is a plus
• Experience integrating IT and OT processes and OT systems
• Solid knowledge of ServiceNow Vulnerability Response
• Experience with SecOps or Vulnerability Response rollouts
• Experience integrating Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7 or Microsoft Defender
• Understanding of cyber security operations, vulnerability lifecycles, OT security and operational resilience
• Understanding of the relationships between CMDB, CSDM, assets, services and vulnerabilities
• Confident stakeholder management with production, operations, security engineering, SOC, CISO organizations and IT
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required
• Relevant certifications such as ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) for ITSM, CIS ITOM, CIS Vulnerability Response (VR), CIS Security Incident Response (SIR) or OTSM are desirable
