Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Industrial Cybersecurity professional to assess OT/ICS environments and implement risk-based controls across plant networks. You will collaborate with plant engineering, IT security, controls, networking, and operations, reviewing SCADA, PLC, historian, HMI, OPC-UA, and industrial protocols to mitigate exposure.

Qualifikationen

• 5-8 years of experience in industrial cybersecurity or OT/ICS security.
• Hands-on or demonstrable experience with OPC-UA, ISA-95/Purdue Model, IEC 62443.
• Experience with MQTT/Sparkplug B and SCADA environments.
• Strong ability to document, troubleshoot, test, and own delivery.
• Experience supporting implementation or deployment projects across OT/IT boundaries.

• Hands‑on or strongly demonstrable experience with OPC‑UA, ISA‑95 / Purdue Model, Industrial Cybersecurity (IEC 62443), MQTT / Sparkplug B, SCADA
• Ability to work with both business stakeholders and technical teams across OT and IT boundaries.
• Strong documentation, troubleshooting, testing, communication, and delivery ownership.
• Experience supporting implementation, integration, support, rollout, upgrade, or production deployment projects.
• Comfortable in remote, hybrid, and plant‑facing delivery models depending on client needs.
