Jobtailor in Ottobrunn, Germany seeks an experienced IT Specialist to design, build, deploy and maintain complex IT systems and CI/CD pipelines. You will support interdisciplinary teams, install and maintain customer systems domestically and internationally, and lead subprojects on-site.

• Ensure a complex, stable tooling landscape for the software development process
• Ensure the stable operational readiness of IT systems, test systems, and equipment
• Create balanced commissioning specifications with accompanying documentation
• Support interdisciplinary project teams, specialists, and managers by defining system configurations and test and maintenance plans
• Record and document faulty events and work on-site to resolve them
• Independently install and maintain customer systems domestically and internationally
• Provide first-level support and represent the company, particularly during on-site assignments
• Serve as the main point of contact for colleagues and lead subprojects
• Support business development and sales activities with a focus on service and maintenance

Requirements

• Completed degree in Computer Science, equivalent qualification, or several years of relevant experience
• Solid experience in designing, building, deploying, and maintaining complex IT systems and CI/CD pipelines in virtualized environments; additional practical experience in configuration management for complex products
• Familiar with installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows- and Linux-based tools, with strong knowledge of modern IT concepts such as virtualization (e.g., MS Hyper-V, virtual LANs)
• Practical experience with customer service portals and ticketing systems in agile environments (e.g., JIRA Service Desk)
• Experience with military standards and approval processes; a military background and practical knowledge or certifications in ITIL and/or V-Model XT are a clear advantage
• Excellent German and English skills, intercultural competence, and experience in direct customer contact
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
