Zusammenfassung

Trane Technologies seeks a Service Coordinator for administration and service planning in Germany. The role focuses on organizing service deployments, handling technician feedback, and ensuring accurate invoicing while coordinating with customers and suppliers.

You will work closely with service leadership, parts, and administration to optimize processes in a dynamic environment and deliver high-quality service to customers.

Qualifikationen

• Completed commercial or technical training.

Aufgaben

• Process feedback and reports from service technicians.
• Ensure all feedback and reports are fully captured and documented.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
• Plan personnel deployment for service technicians.
• Coordinate with customers and suppliers on scheduling and technical inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize service processes.

Für unser Service-Team in Deutschland suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die die Verwaltung und Abwicklung Service-Einsätze zuverlässig organisiert und einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicherstellt.

Service Koordinator - Schwerpunkt Verwaltung und Administration (w/m/d)

• Be- und Verarbeitung der Rückmeldungen und Berichte unserer Servicetechniker
• Kontinuierliches Nachhalten, dass alle Rückmeldungen und Berichte vollständig erfasst und dokumentiert werden
• Sicherstellen einer zeitnahen und korrekten Rechnungslegung
• Personaleinsatzplanung für unsere Servicetechniker
• Kommunikation mit Kunden und Lieferanten zur Abstimmung von Terminen, Anforderungen und technischen Rückfragen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen wie Serviceleitung, Ersatzteilwesen und Administration zur Optimierung der Serviceprozesse

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Erfahrung im Serviceumfeld
• Erfahrung in der Einsatz- oder Serviceplanung von Vorteil
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit
• Strukturierte, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Hohe Kundenorientierung und Fähigkeit, in dynamischen Situationen den Überblick zu behalten
• Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools und MS Office
