Zusammenfassung

Trane Technologies is seeking a field service technician in Bavaria to install, commission, service, and repair ventilation and climate control systems at customer sites. You will diagnose issues, advise customers on site, and document service reports.

Travel across the German-speaking region is required. A completed technical apprenticeship, driver’s license, and good German language skills are essential; experience in customer service is a plus, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training, e.g., mechatronics or HVAC technician.
• Field service experience is advantageous, open to career changers.
• Knowledge of measurement, control, and regulation technology is desirable.
• Experience reading technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving and technical understanding.
• Customer-oriented mindset and good communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and flexible working hours.
• PC skills and a valid driver's license.
• Good German language skills.

Aufgaben

• Install, commission, maintain, and repair ventilation and climate-control systems at customer sites.
• Diagnose and fix technical faults, and provide on-site customer guidance.
• Document completed work and prepare service reports.
• Collaborate with technical support teams at Kirchen (Sieg) and Jettingen-Scheppach locations.
• Conduct service and after-sales activities primarily within the German-speaking region.

Where is the work: Field-based: Work is conducted on-site at customer locations.

• Aufgaben Durchführung von Montagen, Inbetriebnahmen, Wartungen und Reparaturen von unseren Lüftungs- und Klimatechnischen Anlagen
• Eigenständige Diagnose und Behebung von technischen Störungen und Problemen
• Technische Beratung und Einweisung der Kunden vor Ort
• Dokumentation der durchgeführten Arbeiten und Erstellung von Serviceberichten
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den technischen Support Teams an den Standorten Kirchen (Sieg) und Jettingen-Scheppach
• Alle Service- sowie After-Sales-Tätigkeiten überwiegend im deutschsprachigen Raum

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, beispielsweise als Mechatroniker (w/m/d), Mechatroniker für Kältetechnik (w/m/d), Kälteanlagentechniker (w/m/d), Elektroniker (w/m/d), Elektriker (w/m/d), Lüftungsbauer (w/m/d), Heizungsbauer (w/m/d), Anlagenmechaniker SHK (w/m/d), Regelungstechniker (w/m/d) oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
• Erfahrung im Kundendienst bzw. Außendienst ist von Vorteil, gerne aber auch als Quereinsteiger möglich
• Kenntnisse in Mess-, Steuer-, Regeltechnik sind wünschenswert
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen und Schaltplänen
• Hohe Problemlösungsfähigkeit und technisches Verständnis
• Kundenorientiertes Denken und Handeln sowie gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
• Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen und flexiblen Arbeitszeiten
• PC-Kenntnisse und PKW-Führerschein
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse
