Zusammenfassung

DT1 Trane Deutschland GmbH is seeking a dedicated Service Technician for field-based work across Saxony and neighboring regions. You will perform maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and testing of climate systems at customer sites, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

The ideal candidate has a technical apprenticeship or degree, strong problem-solving skills, and willingness to travel with a valid driver's license.

Qualifikationen

• Formal technical training or apprenticeship in a relevant field.
• Experience in field service, customer service, or maintenance preferred.
• Strong technical understanding and a structured, solution-oriented approach.

• Perform maintenance, servicing, and repair work on technical systems at customer sites.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues on site.
• Install, commission, and test systems and components; document work performed.

Service Techniker (w/m/d)

Deine Aufgaben:

• Durchführung von Wartungs-, Instandhaltungs- und Serviceeinsätzen an technischen Anlagen und Systemen
• Analyse, Diagnose und Behebung technischer Störungen beim Kunden vor Ort
• Installation, Inbetriebnahme und Funktionsprüfung von Anlagen, Komponenten und Systemen
• Dokumentation der ausgeführten Arbeiten sowie der relevanten technischen Maßnahmen
• Beratung und Unterstützung von Kunden in anwendungstechnischen und servicebezogenen Fragestellungen
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Servicestandards

Profil:

• Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung, z. B. in den Bereichen Kältetechnik Elektronik oder in einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
• Idealerweise Berufserfahrung im technischen Service, Kundendienst oder in der Instandhaltung
• Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung verbunden mit einem professionellen Auftreten
• Teamgeist, Zuverlässigkeit und ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung
• Führerschein der Klasse B
• Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen entsprechend des jeweiligen Einsatzgebiets
• Offenheit zur Übernahme von Rufbereitschaftsdiensten
