Vestas in Neumünster is seeking a Service Technician (m/f/d) to service wind turbines on-site. You will work in a small team, diagnose faults, and perform maintenance in a safety-conscious environment.

The role offers permanent employment under the IG Metall framework, onboarding, Vestas Academy training, and opportunities to advance as you gain hands-on expertise with state-of-the-art wind energy technology. You will be home every evening with regional travel.

Qualifications

• Vocational training in electrical/electronics/mechatronics or similar technical field.
• German language skills and willingness to work regionally.
• Experience with SAP and basic MS Office desirable.

Responsabilités

• Carry out on-site servicing and maintenance of wind turbines.
• Work in a team of at least two people to repair turbines and resolve faults.
• Analyze error messages and identify root causes of issues.
• Perform modification measures to improve turbine performance.
• Document work digitally in a simple, efficient way.

• You ensure our wind turbinesoperatereliably by carrying out on-site servicing and maintenance
• Working as part of a team (at least two people), you repair turbines and resolve faults
• You analyse electronic and mechanical error messages and accuratelyidentifythe cause
• You carry out modification measures to enhance turbine performance
• You document your work digitally in a simple and efficient way

Your profile – what makes you a great fit!

• You have completed vocational training in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, energy and building technology or have a comparable technical qualification
• Your place of work will vary within your region – you will usually be home again in the evening
• You are familiar with working with Microsoft and iOS operating systems and apps, and ideally have experience with SAP
• You are comfortable working at heights and canoperatesafely above ground level
• You have avalid Class B driver’s licence(financial support forClassBE may be available)
• Very goodGerman and good English skills round off your profile
