Job summary

Vestas in Germany is seeking a Service Technician (m/f/d) for wind turbines. You will perform on-site servicing and maintenance to ensure turbine reliability, usually returning home in the evening as your region changes.

You will work with a team, diagnose faults, and carry out modifications to boost performance. The role requires vocational training in electrical/electronics/mechatronics, German and English skills, and a valid Class B license.

You ensure our wind turbinesoperatereliably by carrying out on-site servicing and maintenance

Working as part of a team (at least two people), you repair turbines and resolve faults

You analyse electronic and mechanical error messages and accuratelyidentify the cause

You carry out modification measures to enhance turbine performance

You document your work digitally in a simple and efficient way

Your profile – what makes you a great fit!

You have completed vocational training in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, energy and building technology or have a comparable technical qualification

Your place of work will vary within your region – you will usually be home again in the evening

You are familiar with working with Microsoft and iOS operating systems and apps, and ideally have experience with SAP

You are comfortable working at heights and canoperate safely above ground level

You have avalid Class B driver’s licence(financial support forClassBE may be available)

Very goodGerman and good English skills round off your profile
