Responsibilities

• Maintenance & Servicing: Maintain light, small-scale automated conveyor networks and track systems.
• System Optimisation: Perform routine service tasks and minor upgrades and extensions.
• Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose and fix faults on operational systems and replace defective components.
• Compliance Testing: Conduct statutory safety inspections and mandatory testing.
• Customer Support: Serve as primary contact for regional clients in the Berlin area; assist nationwide if required.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance & Servicing: Perform comprehensive electrical and mechanical maintenance on light, small-scale automated conveyor networks and track systems.
• System Optimisation: Execute routine service tasks according to strict maintenance guidelines, including implementing minor product modifications, upgrades, and system extensions.
• Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose, isolate, and resolve technical faults on operational systems, which includes repairing or replacing defective mechanical and electrical components.
• Compliance Testing: Conduct and document statutory safety inspections and mandatory technical testing requirements (such as fire protection doors/FSA).
• Customer Support: Serve as a dedicated point of contact to ensure high satisfaction for established regional clients in the Berlin area, with the flexibility to assist nationwide if required.

Your Profile

• Qualifications: Successfully completed vocational training as a Mechatronics Technician (Mechatroniker), Electrician (Elektroniker / Elektriker), or a closely related technical discipline.
• Technical Expertise: A strong, versatile understanding of both mechanical machinery and electrical circuits.
• Work Ethic: Proven ability to work independently, troubleshoot logically under pressure, and take full ownership of assigned service zones.
