VTIS GmbH is seeking a Service Technician for Video Security Systems to install and configure cameras, PCs and IT hardware at customer sites in Dortmund and across Germany. You will ensure reliable operation of video security systems while supporting commissioning and basic network setup.

Ideal candidates have hands-on IT hardware experience, basic networking knowledge, and a strong customer-oriented approach with willingness to travel as needed. A Class B license is required.

Your responsibilities range from installing and commissioning cameras and PCs to configuring network and IT hardware, through to troubleshooting and providing technical support directly at the customer’s site.
