Your tasks - In your role as a service technician, you can expect an exciting and varied range of tasks:
- Service: Processing tickets and service orders (troubleshooting, individual installations, customer service), error detection and rectification in the video surveillance system and Internet hotspot system
- Configuration: Setting up hotel TV devices, hotel IP TV and conference technology, as well as SAT systems, IP head-end stations and server cabinets
- Installation: Commissioning & updating of software, as well as conference & event technology, digital signage solutions, LED walls
- Travelling: Mobile deployment throughout Germany and Europe in hotels & companies from Swisttal (Monday to Thursday or Friday - depending on volume)
Your profile - We are looking for a motivated person with the following qualifications:
- Education: Completed training in the electrical or IT sector, or as a radio and television technician with an affinity for IT/network technology
- Networking: Friendly & customer-orientated appearance, willing to take on responsibility
- Market knowledge: Ideally good knowledge of hospitality TV systems, AV technology, LED walls
- Working style: Independent, conscientious and service-orientated
- Language skills: Very good knowledge of German and basic English
- Additional requirements: Willingness to travel (min. 50%) and driving licence class B
