Your job between camera, network, and IT.

Your area of responsibility ranges from commissioning and configuration to integration into existing IT and network structures, as well as error analysis, technical acceptance, and user training.

Commissioning and configuration of IP video security systems

Integration into existing network and IT infrastructures

Setup and configuration of operating systems, video management systems (VMS), switches, routers, and IoT components

Error analysis and troubleshooting

Support for maintenance and service assignments

Technical assignments directly at the customer’s site as well as remote support from VTIS HQ

Analysis and resolution of complex hardware and software problems

Execution of functional tests and technical acceptance

Creation of commissioning and acceptance protocols

Instruction and training of end users

• Proficient use of PCs and Windows operating systems
• Advanced knowledge in the installation and configuration of IT hardware
• Good understanding of TCP/IP networks and basic network protocols
• Knowledge of Windows servers, virtualization, or Linux is an advantage
• Ideally experience with video security systems, network technology, or IT security
• Strong technical understanding and a structured, careful way of working
