We value hospitality, quality and collaborative learning, with flexible shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Join us to help shape our new flagship venue in HafenCity.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus.
• A strong hospitality mindset with a passion for quality.
• Ability to work independently and stay calm during busy peak hours.
• Openness to new ideas and a desire to continuously develop skills.
• Flexibility for shift work, including weekends and holidays.

• Prepare long drinks, cocktails, signature drinks and other beverages with attention to detail.
• Provide authentic hospitality and create exceptional service experiences.

With the grand opening of our specialty coffee flagship store in Hamburg’s HafenCity, we’re combining this tradition with a modern concept that includes a specialty coffee bar, our own roastery, events, and seminars. Your Diverse Scope of Responsibilities

• Preparing long drinks, cocktails, signature drinks, and other specialty beverages with attention to detail
• An authentic hospitality mindset with a knack for creating exceptional service experiences
• Personalized attention to our guests in a welcoming atmosphere
• Proactive promotion of our beverage and culinary offerings, as well as confident handling of orders
• Ensuring high standards of quality, hygiene, and service throughout the guest area
• Supporting events, community gatherings, and special dining experiences

Your Profile

• Experience in the food and beverage industry, ideally in a café, bar, or service setting, is a plus
• A strong hospitality mindset, a passion for quality, and creating unique guest experiences
• Ability to work independently and remain composed even during busy peak hours
• Openness to new ideas and a desire to continuously develop your skills
• Flexibility for shift work, as well as weekend and holiday shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
