Job summary

EOS, a world market leader for industrial 3D printing, is seeking a talented professional to join the Service Business Processes Team in Krailling. You will support the development, management, and implementation of innovative projects to optimize global service and act as (deputy) project lead guiding cross-functional teams.

You will define and monitor service KPIs, own administration of service software and processes, deliver training, and create user-friendly documentation for global teams.

Qualifications

• Degree or vocational training in management or IT-related field.
• Multiple years of experience as SAP Key User/Consultant in CS/SD/MM/WM or Service Cloud (C4C, FSM).
• Experience in service-related environment (2nd level support, lifecycle management).
• Proficient with project and business process management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent English, written and spoken, with international communication experience.

Your Mission

• Support the development, management, and implementation of innovative projects to optimize global service.
• Act as a (deputy) project lead, coordinating and steering interdisciplinary project teams with a strong focus on quality and results as well as contribute your expertise to company-wide initiatives and collaborate closely with colleagues from various departments.
• Help define and monitor service KPIs and translate insights into actionable recommendations for our global service organization.
• Take ownership of the administration, maintenance, and continuous development of service-relevant software solutions as well as service processes and tools with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Plan and deliver training sessions on newly developed or improved processes and create clear, user-friendly documentation for global teams.

Your Talents

• You have completed a management or IT-related vocational training program or hold a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• You have several years of relevant work experience as a SAP Key User or Consultant with expertise in at least one of the SAP modules CS, SD, MM, WM or Service Cloud (C4C, FSM).
• Ideally you bring experience in a service-related environment, such as 2nd level support, service process management, or lifecycle management. In addition, you have experience working with a field service management system.
• You're well-versed in project and business process management methodologies and tools.
• You have excellent English skills, both written and spoken, and communicate confidently in an international context.
