Responsibilities
  • Sales of services, parts, and accessories, as well as customer support and advice
  • Performing direct check-in and informing customers about work to be performed on the vehicle
  • Handover of repaired vehicles and explanation of the work performed on the vehicle and the invoice
  • Preparing service appointments, including researching the reason for the customer visit, customer requests, and any problem areas
  • Adhering to the Porsche core service process (scheduling an appointment, preparing for the appointment, accepting the vehicle, sending the repair/service to the workshop, quality control, vehicle return, follow-up of appointments)
  • Coordination of the service business
  • Ensuring a seamless and professional service experience for our customers
  • Implementation of measures to retain and acquire new customers
Requirements
  • Successfully completed technical vocational training, e.g., as an automotive mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or service technician (m/f/d)
  • Ideally, training as a certified automotive service advisor (m/f/d)
  • Professional experience in after-sales and certification as a service assistant desirable
  • Strong service and customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills combined with interpersonal skills when dealing with a variety of stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a pleasant, customer-oriented demeanor
  • High reliability, flexibility, and above-average commitment
  • Independence, initiative, and excellent organizational skills
  • Quick grasp of complex tasks
