AXA is seeking a Senior Vehicle Engineer to join our growing European engineering team. You will work on cutting-edge vehicle tuning, diagnostics and performance technology, bridging automotive hardware and software.

This hands-on role involves ECU calibration, data logging, testing and solving complex vehicle challenges across modern platforms, with opportunities for remote-work one day per week after probation.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in automotive engineering, vehicle development or diagnostics.
• Experience with ECU tuning, calibration or flashing.
• Experience with vehicle data logging and analysis.
• Knowledge of CAN bus and automotive communications.
• Experience with electrical/electronic vehicle systems.
• Experience in performance, motorsport or automotive aftermarket engineering.

Are you an experienced automotive engineer who knows your way around modern vehicles, ECUs and vehicle data? Were looking for aSenior Vehicle Engineerto join our growing European engineering team, working on cutting-edge vehicle tuning, diagnostics and performance technology. This is a hands-on role for someone who combines strong automotive knowledge with a practical, problem-solving mindset. Youll have the opportunity to work acrossmodern vehicle platforms, ECU calibration, diagnostics, data logging and vehicle development, helping turn engineering challenges into real-world solutions.

The Role

Youll take ownership of vehicle-focused engineering projects, working closely with software and calibration specialists to:

• Investigate and understand vehicle and ECU behaviour.
• Supportvehicle calibration, tuning and diagnostic development.
• Carry out vehicle testing, data logging and technical analysis.

About You

Were looking for someone who isexperienced, curious and technically hands-on, with a genuine passion for automotive engineering. Youll ideally have experience in areas such as:

• Automotive engineering, vehicle development or diagnostics.
• ECU tuning, calibration or flashing.
• Vehicle data logging and analysis.
• CAN bus and automotive communications.
• Electrical/electronic vehicle systems.
• Performance, motorsport or automotive aftermarket engineering.

Most importantly, youll be aresilient problem solverwho enjoys getting hands-on with vehicles and finding answers to complex technical problems.
