Zusammenfassung

PTC seeks an experienced trustee services consultant to lead cases and collaborate with LPL Advisors on trustee and settlement services.

You will analyze wills and trusts, prepare cases for reviews, and mentor a team of trust specialists while managing complex client relationships and coordinating with advisors, trustees, attorneys, and beneficiaries.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree required in a related field.
• Five years’ experience in trustee services, preferably with a broker-dealer or bank/trust.
• Knowledge of financial planning, philanthropic planning, and fiduciary law.
• Experience working with high net worth clients.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a team environment.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and client communication ability.
• CTFA, CFP or ChFC certifications preferred.

• Identify client needs, address concerns, and respond to inquiries.
• Communicate with advisors, partners, trustees, attorneys, and beneficiaries through the trustee process.
• Develop and maintain the new business opportunity pipeline with strong organization.
• Participate in special projects and initiatives; collaborate to enhance best practices.
• Represent PTC in business development with internal LPL partners; attend meetings as needed.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence as required.

• Serve as the lead consultant with LPL Advisors when they present new cases to PTC for trustee and/or settlement services
• Apply knowledge of trust administration and settlement services
• Analyze and interpret wills, trusts, agreements, entity documents, investment statements, and special asset information
• Summarize and prepare new cases for legal and acceptance reviews
• Mentor and coach trust specialists in preparing summaries, document management, and communications
• Manage financial advisor and client experience for moderately complex to complex trustee cases
• Identify client needs, address concerns, resolve issues, and respond to inquiries
• Communicate with financial advisors, external partners, colleagues, trustees, attorneys, and beneficiaries throughout PTC’s trustee acceptance process
• Manage the new business opportunity pipeline with strong organization and follow-up
• Participate in special projects and initiatives
• Collaborate across PTC and LPL to enhance best practices and team dynamics
• Represent PTC in business development efforts with internal LPL partners and LPL Advisors
• Participate in advisor and client meetings as needed
• Prepare special reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Five years’ experience in trustee services, preferably with a broker-dealer or in a traditional bank/trust company
• Knowledge of financial planning, philanthropic planning and fiduciary law
• Experience working with high net worth (HNW) clients
• Ability to successfully handle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines in a quality-first, team-oriented environment
• Strong use of Microsoft Office
• Verbal and written communication skills for effective interactions with clients, financial advisors, and other professionals
• CTFA, CFP or ChFC preferred
