Jobtailor seeks a Senior Supervisory Analyst in Germany to oversee client accounts, transactions, and documentation requiring supervisory oversight. You will support branch managers, advisors, and staff, and help resolve complex regulatory matters.

You will monitor supervision systems, escalate issues, and interpret firm policies and industry regulations while guiding advisors on regulatory developments. Collaboration with compliance and legal teams is essential to strengthen risk management.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required with minimum three years in financial services or supervision.
• Equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training acceptable.
• Series 7, 9/10 or 24, 66 or 65/63 required or ability to obtain within timeframe.
• Ability to interpret firm policies and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university, and a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a financial services firm / supervision
• An equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training as approved by Human Resources
• Series 7, 9/10 or 24, 66 or 65/63 required, or the ability to obtain within an established timeframe
• Strong judgment in complex supervisory matters
• Ability to interpret firm policies, industry regulations, and supervisory standards
• Ability to identify patterns, trends, and emerging risks
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively
• Ability to communicate difficult messages professionally
• Ability to build trusted relationships across business partners
