• Excel skills with pivots and lookups.

• Manage 70+ high net worth relationships and take full accountability for leading and deepening them
• Drive clear planning and investment strategies
• Lead creation of detailed and rigorous financial and investment plans using MoneyGuide Pro, Kwanti, Excel, proprietary firm frameworks, and templates
• Maintain and course-correct plans over time with and for clients
• Coordinate CSAs, Trader, Founder, and other Lead Planners to deliver outstanding client service
• Interview, train, and mentor colleagues
• Contribute actively to team meetings
• Lead selected non-client functions
• Help develop the firm

Requirements

• Hold your CFP® designation
• 5+ years of personal financial planning experience
• 3+ years running high net worth relationships
• 10+ years of total work experience
• Created (from scratch) 100+ complete financial plans in leading software (MoneyGuide Pro, eMoney, or RightCapital), at least 50 of which have been for high net worth
• True Expert in at least one of the 3 leading financial planning softwares
• Ability to test multiple scenarios, create custom reports, conduct insurance needs analysis, evaluate tax planning strategies, and more
• Microsoft Excel expertise, including pivot tables and lookup tables
• Very clear verbal and written communication
• Well organized and respectful of client service standards and deadlines
• Ability to perform detailed work while connecting it to the broader client situation
• Comfortable saying “I don’t know” and “I need help”
• Consistently demonstrate curiosity, tenacity, service, rigor, and clarity
• Must reside in the United States
• Available to work 9AM to 5PM ET
• Nice to have: Expertise in MoneyGuidePro
• Nice to have: CPA, CFA, Trading, or Behavior expertise
• Nice to have: Experience in an RIA, preferably fee-only and growth oriented
• Nice to have: Familiarity with Schwab
