What we're looking for

We are looking for a hands-on Recruiting Specialist to own and drive our full-cycle hiring across tech and commercial functions. You will be a core part of our People team – building pipelines, running structured processes, and securing the talent that shapes our next chapter.

This is an operational role for someone who gets things done. Strong hands-on recruiting experience in tech and/or commercial hiring is non‑negotiable. A background in defense or deep tech environments is a strong plus.

The day-to-day

• Own full-cycle recruiting across tech and commercial roles
• Source and engage candidates proactively via LinkedIn and other channels
• Run structured interview processes and coordinate with hiring managers
• Manage and maintain our ATS (Personio) and keep pipelines clean and up to date
• Build talent pools for critical and recurring hiring needs
• Act as a strong brand ambassador and represent 24I credibly to candidates
• Continuously improve hiring processes, scorecards and documentation
• Support onboarding handover and close collaboration with the People team
