TYTAN is seeking a passionate Talent Acquisition Partner to own full-cycle recruitment for technical and engineering roles across Europe, with a focus on German and English-speaking markets. The role collaborates with Hiring Managers to shape strategies, sources talent across Europe, and maintains a high-quality candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in-house recruitment, strong negotiation skills, and a track record in scaling technical hires.

We are looking for a passionate and people-oriented Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who loves interacting with candidates, loves negotiations and wins, enjoys fast-paced environments, and is eager to build a career in recruitment. You will play a key role in candidate management, hiring the right talents, coordinating with high volume of talents, and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Your roadmap to make an impact Own full-cycle recruitment from role intake to offer stage across complex and business-critical roles in different departments.

• Partner closely with Hiring Managers to define hiring strategies and prioritization.
• Support with proactive sourcing strategies across European talent markets, particularly for hard-to-hire technical and engineering profiles when required.
• Ensure high-quality candidate assessment through structured interviews, clear evaluation frameworks, and reference checks.
• Oversee and continuously improve recruiting processes, tools, and workflows, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Support with employer branding strategy and content to strengthen TYTAN’s positioning in competitive European talent markets.
• Fluency in English and German (C1/native) is a must.
• 2-3 years of experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Partner in an in-house environment.
• Experience of owning end-to-end recruitment for technical, engineering, or operational roles at scale up environmnet.
• Experience in partnering with hiring manager and influencing hiring decisions.
• Strong experience of salary negotiations, way of convincing the right talents for the organization.
• Strong understanding of, and demonstrated experience within, the defense industry.
• Highly structured, data-driven, and execution-focused working style.
• Open to take ownership and operate independently in fast-paced environment.
