Zusammenfassung

ZeroPhase in Munich seeks its first dedicated Talent & HR hire to own end-to-end recruiting across all open roles. You will manage postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling and candidate comms while handling onboarding and policy documentation.

This is a growth role with a clear trajectory as the company scales. You will build relationships with sourcing channels, screen engineers and business roles, and help shape people processes that keep ZeroPhase running as it expands in Aerospace, Telecom

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR or people ops
• Strong technical curiosity to screen engineering candidates
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Fluency in German and English
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools

Recruiting has become a full-time job. We need someone to ultimately own it! As our first dedicated Talent & HR hire, you'll run the end-to-end hiring process across all open roles, keep candidates moving, and make sure we don't drop the ball as volume increases. You'll also pick up a slice of HR operations: onboarding, documentation, compliance basics: the stuff that keeps the people side of the company running cleanly. What you'll do

• Own the recruiting pipeline: job postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling, candidate comms
• Optimize and keep the ATS up-to the task so nothing falls through the cracks
• Screen candidates across the full range of roles: from embedded software engineers and RF specialists to BD managers and ops hires
• Write and iterate on job descriptions across roles
• Build and manage relationships with sourcing channels: LinkedIn, universities, communities, referrals etc.
• Support HR administration: personnel files, leave tracking, policy documentation
• Flag operational gaps and help build the processes we don't have yet: be a strategic lever

What we're looking for

• 1–2 years of experience in pure recruiting, HR or a people ops role beyond as well as a strong internship track record is encouraged
• Broad enough technical curiosity to screen engineering candidates meaningfully, and sharp enough commercial instinct to evaluate BD and generalist profiles
• Genuine product understanding to spot a strong candidate, catch a weak one, and ask the questions that matter
• Organized to a fault. You close loops, you follow up, you don't let things sit
• Clear, capable communicator in both German and English
• Comfortable working independently with limited oversight and agentic expectations
• Genuinely interested in what we're building: Aerospace, Telecom, DefTech, real-world impact!
