Avelios Medical GmbH is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to own recruiting activities and serve as the primary contact for potential new colleagues. You will work with People Partners and Hiring Managers to drive hiring across the company.

Responsibilities include sourcing top candidates, managing end-to-end processes, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role requires a hands-on attitude in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifikationen

• Completed degree in Business, Social Sciences, (Business) Psychology, or a comparable field from a top university.
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and a confident, engaging presence.
• At least 4 years of experience in recruiting and active sourcing, ideally in a startup environment.
• Experience with Ashby as an ATS is a plus, but not required.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced startup environment with a hands-on attitude.
• Very good German and English skills.

THE TEAM AND YOUR ROLE

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager (all genders), you are part of our People team and play a key role in driving Avelios' growth. You will take ownership of our recruiting activities and act as the primary point of contact for potential new colleagues.

YOUR TASKS

You are the go-to person when it comes to finding the right talent for Avelios - from first contact to the final offer. You work closely with our People Partners and Hiring Managers. Your responsibilities include:
